Dmitry founded Engiscent in 2018 in Singapore. Dimitry is experienced research scientist, professor, lecturer, author, and business innovator who fuses Big Data, AI, and engineering to create new products that enhance sustainability and productivity in the various ideas.

Dimitry is a graduate from the UK’s University of Warwick and holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence. He is an author of 27 patents and 10 books in three languages.

Dr. Mikhaylov has been part of top world Universities over the globe including National University of Singapore the top-1 university is Asia and Khalifa University the number one university in UAE. These affiliations allows to have access to cutting edge research.
